A Move Manager is assigned to each and every job who is your main contact & provide 5-star customer service on every move job. The MQ Motto: “We cannot have them on the team; if we wouldn't send them into our grandmother's house!”.
Our team consists of a few hand-picked guys who we know well, they are neat, tidy, friendly, approachable, articulate, and can solve problems. They are also adept at using tools and handyman skills.
Jon the owner, takes the time with each of our team, and specifies the treaining, perforance and KPIs to each team member, this ensures we are sending a well-rounded, confident and supported team to help you on your big (or small!) move!
At MQ we want our team to be happy, healthy and physically fit! We help this by ensuring a positive, team-driven work environment. We arrange regular social meet-ups like go-karting, boxing, BBQs as well as Personal Training sessions, and Physio appointments to look after our guys.
